The learnings are based on concrete situations and challenges of the group; the knowledge and best practices of the group. The topics can be technical or emotional, personal or professional, as long as it blocks the work productivity. On this live-streamed corporate activity, you have the opportunity to boost your team's performance. 

The 7 steps of this online co-development session include:

  • Follow-up: From the Client
  • Presentation: One person named 'Client' presents the topic or the challenge to be approached
  • Clarification: The group asks questions to understand the context and obstacles in depth
  • Agreement: The 'Client' drafts its petition for the group
  • Sharing: Other people, named 'Consultants' recommend their opinion, ideas, and best practices
  • Action Plan: Client selects the ideas he/she wants to implement with a time frame
  • Learnings: Everybody shares their learnings from the session
