This online culinary experience is the perfect way to reconnect and will help you inspire and reinvigorate your team while working at home. Each class is led by a professional mixologist who will personalize the class and answer all your questions during the session, unlike any how-to-cook virtual videos.

The host will take you on a fun-filled journey of cocktail making! After that, all you have to do is tune in and get ready to play, learn,and party. You will be making 5 cocktails and 1 mocktail.

Please have the following ingredients ready before joining the session:


Peach Blueberry Sangria Mocktail

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh mint, plus more for garnish
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 3 cups white grape juice
  • 3 cups seltzer water
  • ¼ cup Pompeian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar


Sparkling Cava Cocktail

  • St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • Sparkling Wine (Spanish Cava Brut or another one is fine)
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Orange Bitters
  • Peychaud’s Bitters or Regular Bitters


Old Fashioned

  • Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  • Simple syrup or sugar cubes
  • Angostura Bitters (regular bitters)
  • Orange Bitters (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Garnish: Orange, maraschino cherries


Cuban Daiquiri

  • White rum
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Cherry liqueur – there’s something called Heering Cherry Liqueur or you can buy any kind of Cherry brandy
  • Garnish: Lime, maraschino cherries


Prohibition Style Bees Knees

  • Beefeater Gin
  • Lemon Juice
  • Acacia Honey
  • Lemon twist


Pear Brandy Fix

  • Gin
  • Cointreau or Triple Sec (same thing)
  • Lemon Juice
  • Pear Simple syrup
  • Egg white


Tools

  • 1 medium-size ice bucket

Self Up

Joe started in the culinary arts profession in 1985 upon completing a chef training program in Massachusetts. For seven years he served as a saucier at the prestigious Caesars Palace's French restaurant. He also held the title of Chef de Cuisine with Andres French restaurant in Las Vegas Nevada for three years. His knowledge and experience have also led him to pursue other areas in the field, as a consultant in the opening of three new restaurants and as a cooking instructor for Williams Sonoma. He is also Serve Save Certified with the state of Massachusetts.
